Allah says that He has made the Qur'an easy for remembrance (54:17). That promise gives hope, but it does not remove the need for effort, repetition and patience. Begin with a small amount you can sustain every day. Listen to one clear reciter, read from the mushaf, recite aloud, close the mushaf and test yourself. Keep revision separate from new memorization, because new pages without muraja`ah quickly become weak.
How to apply it
A practical schedule is not itself Sunnah; it is only a learning tool. Whenever possible, recite to a qualified teacher who can correct tajwid and mistakes you may no longer hear yourself making.
